Until online payment is launched, no commission is charged: you agree the price and the payment directly with your client.
Pricing questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You will be able to move to another plan from your dashboard as your business grows.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The monthly plan has no commitment: you can stop at any time. The yearly plan is paid once and gives you 2 months free.
What payment methods will be accepted?
Mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Orange Money) and cards, through our licensed payment partner once online payment is live.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which will be updated with the details of paid plans.
Is there a commission on bookings?
Only on bookings paid online, once online payment is live. Jobs agreed directly with clients today are not charged.
Do you offer custom plans for large teams?
Yes. The Business plan is designed for companies and teams; contact us if you need more than 20 services.
