Provider Guidelines
These guidelines help keep Kinify Services useful and trustworthy for everyone. By publishing a listing, you agree to follow them.
The essentials
What we expect from every professional
Clear, honest listings and respectful service make the platform work for clients and pros alike.
Your listing
- Describe only services you really offer and can deliver yourself or with your team.
- Use your own photos of your work. Do not copy photos from the internet or other professionals.
- Choose the right category and the communes or cities you actually cover.
- Keep your contact details and availability up to date.
Working with clients
- Reply to messages politely and as quickly as you can.
- Give a clear quote before starting: work, materials, total price and timing.
- Respect the agreed date, price and quality. If something changes, tell the client before going ahead.
- Give a receipt when you are paid.
Reviews
- Ask your clients for honest reviews after the job.
- Do not write reviews for yourself, offer payment for reviews or pressure clients.
Not allowed
- Illegal services, misleading information or fake identities.
- Duplicate listings for the same service.
- Harassment, discrimination or any unsafe behaviour.
Listings that break these guidelines may be edited, suspended or removed. See also our Terms and Conditions.
